STATE OF THE TEAM DISCUSSION

Share your results.Managers and supervisors will initiate a "State of the Team" discussion to share the results with their teams. It's crucial that managers also share the rolled-up results with supervisors who had fewer than four staff complete the survey, enabling broader team engagement.

DEVELOP YOUR ACTION PLAN

Act on your results. Following the team discussions, supervisors are encouraged to create action plans addressing areas for improvement. Submit your action plans via the Gallup dashboard. Check out our Engagement Spotlight page to see how other UNM teams have utilized their results for positive change.  


According to Gallup, organizations that take action on survey results are nearly 2x more likely to be engaged.
