UNM has partnered with Gallup, a globally recognized leader in analytics and data gathering, to conduct the UNM Engagement Survey. With decades of experience and unparalleled expertise in survey development, Gallup offers invaluable support and resources for interpreting survey results and implementing actionable strategies for improvement.


Q12 Methodology: A Proven Approach to Employee Engagement

Gallup has developed the Q12 methodology, comprising 12 key questions that have been utilized in surveys internationally and across various industries. Drawing from a database of over 25 million responses, these questions can predict organizational outcomes such as productivity, turnover, absenteeism, well-being, and quality.
