UNM Employee Engagement
As identified in the UNM 2040: Opportunity Defined strategic plan, The University of New Mexico has committed to ensuring a stable and high-quality workforce through effective talent and human capital management and promoting a healthy and safe campus working, learning, and living environment for faculty, staff, and students.
Active employee engagement is key to building and maintaining a stable and high-quality workforce, and Engage UNM is an ongoing process to regularly gauge workforce sentiment and identify opportunities for improvement in the employee experience.
Surveys are Just the Beginning
Annual surveys will provide the data needed to drive action and inform the work of UNM 2040. The survey results will be shared with the campus community, and based on the results, managers and staff will be given the tools to improve engagement within their business units.
New information and materials will be added to this website as survey results are understood and training resources are developed, so check back frequently.
