The 2026 Employee Engagement Survey is your opportunity to share feedback about your experience working at the University of New Mexico. Your input helps leaders understand what is working well and where opportunities exist to improve the workplace experience across the University.

The Employee Engagement Survey is more than a measurement tool. It is a catalyst for improvement.
Survey results are reviewed by leaders at all levels of the organization and used to:
- Develop action plans
- Identify areas requiring additional attention and resources
- Support workplace improvement initiatives
- Strengthen communication and employee engagement efforts
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Following each survey cycle, department leaders are expected to review results, engage in discussions with their teams, and develop plans to address opportunities identified through employee feedback.
